Its a beautiful well manicured town. It is not section 8. It is affordable housing. That means that the rent is not above the market. I If you need more understanding of affordable housing, I suggest you do your research. What happens is that contractors who build tell the city that they will build if they will keep the rent not above the marketplace, so that it is affordable. They receive a loan to build if they agree to the terms. After 20 years, if they want, they can make them into sell-able condominiums. Siena is beautiful. The school system is excellent. The premises are well manicured, the rent is affordable, the area is quiet, you can here coyotes and see other wildlife. People jog and walk their dogs at night. The place is so well manicured that when you come here you will notice a huge difference to other places Roseville. Management is friendly and easy to get in touch with if needed. There are high ceilings, big windows, and modern kitchen. Check the floorplan. Look at the pictures. There is a reason the waiting list is so long. They are gorgeous! The neighborhood is fabulous! The school system excellent! I have been here 6 years and Im still here because I love it. People are jealous of how much I get for how much I pay for rent. Thats why I dont leave. People who make bad reviews must be getting evicted or something and are disgruntled that they are asked to leave to keep our neighborhood safe and secure as it always was. Good luck for your wait for an apartment, its a gorgeous neighborhood, a gorgeous apartment, modern and up to date, and you wont get anything as beautiful anywhere for the price. Love it!!!!

The managers are awful one of the worst I have ever seen, there attitude is horrendous towards the people living in the apartments had to pay an extremely high amount of money for items to be replaced in my home. When just a few weeks later they broke again, the manager ordered some cheap items from china which I had to pay from my own wallet, and made profit in her pocket.
