Saffron Hut Indo-Mediterranean Restaurant at 1725 Santa Clara Drive #150, Roseville, California.

I ate here for the first time & I was pleased. I tired Butter ChickenI had Chicken Marsala, saffron rice, salad, & a very tasty pineapple mint - lemonade drink (If you like pineapple - get it. The owner asked which level of spiciness I preferred for my Marsala; which was a nice surprise & gesture. He wanted to make sure my visit was enjoyable. The prices are reasonable, the service great, and very clean. They just opened - so give them your business...your taste buds will be glad you did. I will be back for the lunch buffet 11:00 - 3pm.

I'm looking forward to trying this place again. The menu is a bit eclectic. I imagine it will narrow a bit as it becomes established. The quality of the food was good, and the core focus on South Indian dishes disguises it from most other restaurants in this area. I have not yet tried the fish curry as it is only available on certain days, but I'm looking forward to it.
