    STAY AWAY!

    I've been here for eyebrow threading about 8-10 times, all have been ok. Went yesterday and had a new lady. She was horrible. Zero personality. Zero accountability when she maybe my eyebrows COMPLETELY UNEVEN. The regular lady came to help but it was too late. She said that if she took anymore off it would look worse. They look terrible. There is also still a bunch of hair on the ends she couldn't be bothered to get, no matter how many times I said there was still a bunch of hair.

    No apology. No offer to fix for free until her mistake grows out. Nothing. She just told me she wasn't charging me for today. Absolutely unacceptable . Stay away, unless you want the space between your eyebrows over 1/2 an inch different.

    So incredibly disappointed, upset, and bummed out.
