A terrible experience they're the manager his name was I think Steve in his forties with gray hair was extremely rude and condescending with me I came in to return some improperly sent car parts of which they had already sent me a prepaid return label that I just needed to print out a one-page return label I asked to use the computer for what would have been one minute of total used time and he said you can rent it for $3 plus this much to print the page and I said that's a ridiculous fee I'm only going to be using the computer for less than 1 minute but I understand paying to print something as that uses paper and ink and his response was well I didn't buy that computer so people could use it for free I could not believe I was being spoken to that way I then grabbed my package and proceeded to walk out the door while walking away I said I'll guess I'll take my business elsewhere to where he replied (what was that ) in a condescending and rude manner again I believe you heard me just fine sir so your reply was to only further aggravate me do not go to this business by any means necessary
