    I just finished my first class and boy did it kick my butt! It was great though! The instructor Casey was so helpful and really kept me from giving up, which isn’t easy. If you like the idea of a shared class with everyone doing the same workout, like me, I highly recommend it!

    Absolutely love working out at Orange Theory! If you’re someone who doesn’t enjoy having to come up with a workout routine, this is the place for you. Come in, listen to workout instructions, kill it for an hour, and you’re done. It’s hard work but worth it. All of the coaches are incredible as well. Motivating, kind, helpful, upbeat, everything you want in a coach. If you want results, OT is the place for you!
