Heritage Park Apartments at 1098 Woodcreek Oaks Boulevard, Roseville, California.

I lived here from 2009-2010 and the apartment grounds were really nicely kept at the time, although the kitchens were a little outdated. I loved the size of the apartment and we had a unit that had a really nice view from the patio. That being said, the entire year I lived there they never fixed the dishwasher that was noted as broken on our move-in, even after multiple requests. And when we moved out they denied receiving my 30-day notice that I turned in with my rent. It all worked out, so when we moved back to this area, I applied for an apartment there, went through the process, was approved, even put a hold deposit and was given an apartment number. I called the week before move-in to ask when to come over to pick up keys and sign paperwork and was told I made $45 too much to live there....after being completely approved. They said it was because there was the "potential" for me to work overtime at work, even though I didn't. So be careful when you apply, they forecast how much you could make, not how much you ACTUALLY make. Also, as in my case, they may just forget to call you to tell you that you make too much money and you don't have the apt promised to you. HAVE A BACK UP PLAN.
