When we first moved to this area in 2011 we asked friends where to take our car and this was where we ended up and I couldn't be more pleased with the service Franklin's has provided us over the years. Their repairs have been quality and I appreciate when they let me know if something can wait a bit versus being something that needs repaired immediately for our safety. John & Walter are always so friendly, and whether or not it's true, when I call for an appointment, I feel like they actually remember who I am when I say my name. My in-laws recently moved here as well and have been pleased with Franklin's as well. We all have Nissan's and whenever someone asks me where to take their car, I don't hesitate recommending Franklin's!
