Use Fidelity Investments at your own risk. Oh, they do make it easy for you to set up an account with them, but they will push their own products to your detriment. Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. If you try to call, you will always be put on hold for long periods of time. If you go to the office, you will wait...and wait...and wait. Even if you have an appointment, they still keep you waiting. And heaven forbid you have any non-standard requests or questions about your account. You will be transferred from one person to another, with long delays in between. Finally, should you ever get sick enough of their poor service to try to move your money elsewhere, you will face nearly insurmountable obstacles they create, using the excuse of "their back room processes require it to be done this way." I will never do business with this company again. There are far better choices.
