Very friendly and professional service with a great selection. Whether you're buying a new vacuum or getting one repaired, they know what they're talking about here and they'll help you make the right choice. Unlike another store we tried, these guys won't try to convince you to buy the most expensive thing in the store. They'll actually ask you questions to understand your needs and then make the best suggestions to fit those needs. I was surprised when they suggested something more midrange priced instead of trying to talk me into something really high end. The vacuums here will run a little more expensive than what you get at a Target or Walmart, but the brand's they carry here are much higher quality and can last you 10+ years instead of buying something new every other year. We've had our Simplicity vacuum for about 12 years now and it's still going strong. In the end you'll save a lot of money.
