Terrible customer service-just try and reach someone at the store!
Purchased table and chairs-week late on delivery-wanted to pick up at
the store but wasn't allowed. Charged me extra $220.
Delivery never called me as I requested-arrived at my house at 5:00pm
with no call-daughter was home and called me- they were very sloppy with the set up and then used a box cutter to cut across the entire
seat cushion.
Chair was supposed to be hear today-no call again-no one showed up to replace the chair. Been on hold with the store 45 minutes-no callback you
have to wait-What a joke-never ever will use Macy's again.
