My friend and I got turned around at midnight on 80E on our way to North Lake. We were lucky enough to find a vacancy at the Hilton in Roseville, and couldn’t be happier we did. We weren’t the only ones of course so when we arrived at 12:45am, it was jam packed with people checking in. Prince, David and Michael were running the show and handled the situation with grace and ease. They delivered exceptional customer service to all of us. Can’t say thank you enough for turning a stressful evening around!
