American Muffler & Brake at 460 Roseville Road, Roseville, California.

Called and got quote for extending muffler 1.5" $25. Came in dropped off muffler, guy was super unprofessional and using foul language. He then called later to say it was finished, now $45, i reminded him it was $25 earlier, he agreed to his original quote. Came back to the shop , muffler was not extended how i asked, it looked like a hack job, probably with a arc welder instead of tig and pipe was smaller then original diameter. I told him how i was unhappy that he did not repair how i asked him too do the job, but I offered to pay anyway, then the guy through a fit and said fine dont pay, just take it. And didn't even wait for me to leave to bad talk me too his employees.

This guy should not be in business, his end goal is not customer satisfaction. Stay away, far away.
